Windows 10 Servicing in the Real World

To improve the overall quality of Windows, and to reduce the overall complexity of the patching process, we have reworked the patching process altogether with Windows 10.  In this session, we will explore these changes and demonstrate how it works.

With Windows 10, we’ve introduced a brand new way of building, deploying and servicing Windows – three very distinct changes, but it’s important to understand each one separately. In this session, we will discuss these changes, things to consider, and demonstrate what it looks like to service a Windows 10 client in the real-world. We will also cover pre-requisites, gotchas, and new acronyms to know such as CB, CBB, and LTSB.
